After I made a few batches of the Cinnamon Raisin Almond Balls, I decided to try a new combination. Here are Cherry Nut Balls.
Ingredients:
1/2 C Almonds
1/2 C Pecans
1/2 C Raisins
1/2 C Dried Cherries
sprinkle cinnamon (1/2 Tsp)
Combine nuts and raisins in strainer, run under water. Put everything in the food processor, add cinnamon. Mix, form into balls, and refrigerate or freeze.
Makes 12 balls
