Here are a few pictures from our trip. The Gilbert family went to Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It was beautiful with hot weather and perfect ocean and pool views. I posted on Friday with a summary of a few workouts from the trip, and here are the beautiful pictures. Enjoy!

The ones below are the family playing our nightly game of gin, a view of the pools at night at Las Ventanas Resort, a sunrise view from the condo, the relaxing area of the spa, a view of one of Esperanza’s pools, and me and Amy in the ocean.

The ones below that are some food pictures–breakfast parfait I made, a Cherry Berry Green Monster (cherries, blueberries, 1/2 banana, ice, spinach), dinner cooked in the condo, and an orange-prickley pear juice in the spa. And an ice cream sundae from Edith’s Restaurant. Also one of me swimming laps by myself!
