While one little baby was sleeping like a human in our bed, I toured our new Whole Foods that opens on Wednesday…(sign says “Nothing artificial…ever, ever, ever.”) Love that!

I also can’t wait for this to open because Houston hasn’t had an updated WF since I’ve been here. I was in Austin when the biggest one opened, in Dallas when a new one opened, and then I went back in time with the stores here.

This one will hopefully be a great place to shop. I’m most excited for their prepared foods. Not good for the bank book, but I’ve missed having a great place to get whatever I want and know it has real food.

Also this weekend, I cooked two salads to serve about 30 people each (!). Recipes coming this week.

And I made these brownies for my poker group. Recipe coming this week too.
