June Weekend

It really is summertime here, and along with a new season are lots of new things. This weekend was again full of firsts. First time out to dinner with just Mom and Dad. First time for toes in the pool. First JCC pool party (he slept through it), and without jinxing, first 10 hour sleep stretch! Perhaps there’s something good from being a busy boy.

Also along with a changing season are summer clothes for Mom and baby. He is growing out of his 0-3 size clothes and into the next size. It’s fun to have a closet full of new things to wear for him! I love this sear sucker baseball outfit.

And that hat is too cute. He enjoyed putting his toes in the water and taking in the sounds and sights of the outside.

He also has this cute Burberry outfit that is unfortunately too small. It says 6 month, so I put him in it at 11 weeks, and shocker–designer clothes run small even for baby! We don’t need his tummy poking out the sides like that!

It was a nice weekend at home. Early bedtimes for baby and mommy, two trips to the gym for Logan’s parents, and some quality time spent together at pools and at home. My mom visited from  Thursday-Friday. I guess we were too busy to even get a picture of them! This coming week is a biggie–we have our first family airplane ride, and Logan’s first big vacation! I think I need a drink just to prepare for it.

  2. So happy to have met you and little Logan and we hope to see you soon! p.s. Good luck on your trip. This is the best age for travel because they mostly sleep and eat on the plane. We took Max at 4 months and he was a champ.

  3. he is so adorable, Marci! I hope the traveling is going well this weekend.
