Last week in Dallas, my mom and I took Logan to the Dallas Aboretum to se the Chihuly exhibit that is there through November. If you aren’t familiar with Dale Chihuly, he makes glass sculptures in beautiful bold colors that are really incredible to see. If you’ve ever been to Las Vegas, they adorn the ceiling of The Bellagio.

The Chihuly works were all outside and all over the Arboretum. They are so delicate, it’s amazing they survived the long rainstorm two days before in Dallas. The art was in water, bushes, grassy areas, etc.

It was a perfect Fall day after a dreary rainy weekend. Logan also had a great time and didn’t fuss or take a nap, even though we hoped he would sleep the whole time. He said he liked the colors too! He rewarded us with a two hour nap after we left (i.e. rare occurence).

Also, all these pictures were taken with my iPhone. My big camera went back with Jeffrey.

My little pumpkin is so cute. His new style is wearing pants for chilly temps. Pants on babies are too funny.

How did this big boy fit in my tummy less than 7 months ago?!

The Arboretum was also set up for kids. Their decorations were so awesome. I had a fun time looking at it too.

Have I mentioned Fall is my favorite season?!
