Someone has hit double digits, yes, 10 whole months old. This month was a great one. Lots of family in town, no trips out of town, holidays, birthdays, and milestones. What else could we want?
Logan is doing great. He has become more vocal, makes new sounds, and we think he even recognizes Lily the dog and has a name for her: Eeee. Like LeeeLeee, but Eeee. That is what he says when he sees her. He now says dadada, bababa, eeee, and other sounds, but no mamama. I am no one. I see other babies waving, pointing and repeating more than Logan does, but I’m sure his language will come in time. He spends more energy on figuring out how to move.
This month, he has been doing great with eating. I wrote about it in a separate post, but he continues to try new things and he has a giant appetite. Three meals a day with an afternoon snack, plus four bottles.
He is still very mobile and he never sits still. He still loves to push his walkers, and he is very efficient at climbing the stairs. He can crawl very fast too.
Overall, it’s been a great month. Logan is always on the move, tries to take steps, loves to climb the stairs, and still loves to be outside. His sleeping is great overnight, and his naps are sometimes great, sometimes not. While naps can be very frustrating, overnight sleep is more important, and I am very glad we got that figured out early on.
Can’t wait to see what Month 11 brings. How can it already be that many months? It is funny to look back at earlier photos. I think he is getting cuter by the month, in my opinion.
