Products to Try and Breakfast for Dinner

It’s always fun to taste test new things I see. These are a few products that I’ve tried lately.

1. Flat Out Light Original Flatbread: I saw this brand at Publix in Florida, and     then found it again back in Houston. It is delicious! They are not really like a tortilla, and not like bread. Their shape is not round, but a mix of oval edges with a long inside. Perfect for wraps. Here is what I like about this bread: It tastes great, soft and fluffy. They are gigantic and really hold a lot. They have 90 calories, 2.5 g fat, and 9 g protein. These are my current bread obsession, and I’ve already had them for breakfast with peanut butter and banana inside, and for lunch as a turkey wrap. Grade: A+

Galaxy Granola: I mentioned one of these flavors before, and I always endorse the Galaxy brand because they use fruit juice instead of oil to bake their granola which lessens the fat. Their newest flavors are Hint of Honey and Vanilla Almond. They are tasty, have good nutritional stats (around 120 calories and <2 g fat per 1/4 C serving), and are great toppers for breakfast or snacks (with yogurt, mixed with other cereals, milk, etc). My favorite flavor is Not Sweet Vanilla, but these are good too. More crispy than oat-y tasting. Just depends what you’re looking for. Grade: B+

Athenos Original Flavor Hummus: I have talked about the Athenos Feta cheese before, but I ate the hummus even before the feta came out. My favorite of the hummus flavors is Original, and not because I’m boring, but because I think it goes great with everything. I have tried other flavors, but enjoy Original best. I am also a hummus connoisseur, and of store brand ones (as opposed to homemade), I like Athenos. It is creamy and thick but not too creamy. You just have to try hummus to see which you prefer. This has 50 calories and 3 g fat per 2 T. It is great on sandwiches (or wraps!), and for dipping vegetables. Grade: A

Breakfast for Dinner:

I love breakfast for dinner. It is one of those simple things that makes me happy. And since I found Kodiak Cakes pancake mix, it has become even tastier. This BfD (breakfast for dinner) made 3 pancakes and a plain egg omelette. Here are the Kodiak stats: 130 calories, 1 g fat, and 7 g protein per 1/3 C. I used 1/2 C, so you can do the math.

Omelette:

1 egg plus 2 egg whites, whisked together. I prefer to let it cook in the pan and then fold and flip rather than making scrambled eggs. Looks prettier to me even if nothing is inside.

Pancakes, serving for 1:

1/2 C Kodiak Cakes mix

1/2 C water

add ins: strawberries, walnuts, chocolate chips

Cook on grill pan or griddle and flip when browned. Add authentic maple syrup from Vermont that sister gave you over a year ago for extra special sweetness.

Eat alongside husband who is picking players for Fantasy Football Draft #1, and puppy who is helping make the picks (or looking for scraps).

Three Things Thursday

1. Movie Review “Eat Pray Love”

Recently I saw the movie, but I was prepared to be underwhelmed because of reviews I heard of people leaving the theater. It would take a really boring or violent movie for me to leave, and EPL was none of that. I read the book when it came out, liked Elizabeth Gilbert’s story, (and last name), and was excited for Julia Roberts to play her. Here’s my opinion–

I think the movie was very similar to the book, and if people didn’t like it, they didn’t understand the book. The movie was most fun in Italy, but India and Indonesia were a bit boring. It was the same in the book, and that was the point of her journey too. There was less emphasis than the book of true introspection, but how many monologues could a viewer really take? I think those are best left for a book anyway.

Javier Bardem was lovely, the scenery of Bali was beautiful, and I thought Julia Roberts played Elizabeth Gilbert very well. I hope there is no sequel to her second book “Committed,” because that I would walk out of. That book was an F for showing her whiney indecisiveness. Movie: B+

2. Attention Houston: Free Cupcakes!

Remember when I blogged about how much I liked Crave Cupcakes over the competition in town? Well, Crave’s second Houston store opens on September 13 in the West University area, and they are giving away one dozen cupcakes every day on their Facebook page. Sign up to win, like them on Facebook, follow them on Twitter (@cravecupcakes), and read my review about why I choose Crave when making my Houston cupcake choice. What’s your favorite flavor? Mine is Strawberry. It’s to die for.

3. Why I Love Lululemon:

One thing I have not talked about on the blog is what I wear when I exercise. I am a big proponent of looking good to feel good, and definitely have my brand loyalties to athletic apparel lines. My original favorite is Nike, and I have an array of colors of Nike shorts. They are the best for all exercise in my opinion. However, when Lululemon first came to the United States, one of its first shops was a showroom in Dallas that was only open on Saturdays! I found out about it, and my first purchases were the Groove Crop and the original Power Y Tank. Well, Lululemon exploded and so did my wardrobe of exercise clothes.

Here’s what I love about Lululemon:

1. Most importantly, their clothes are fabulous. They fit perfectly, the luon material is magic (no chafing ever), and it’s so soft and comfortable. It is stylish like no other exercise clothes. I would wear some of the necklines as a party dress if they made them. I really love the necklines and back design that much. Is that weird?

2. The salespeople in the stores are so friendly. They are knowledgeable, help with styles and suggest things, and you can tell they enjoy working there. I like the Lululemon culture because they are all goal-oriented (they have “by when” goals) and fitness-loving people. You want to buy from people who really know their stuff, and embrace the culture too.

3. Their social media people are fun to follow too.

And here are my favorite pieces (note that these are from years of shopping, not all at once!):

The Scoop Neck Top is my current favorite. I have 3. Shh, don’t tell husband. I love everything about them.

I just bought the Push Your Limits Tank because I like the back, among the other reasons above of why I like Lulu.

The 50 Reps Bra is awesome. Stylish, and does what it’s supposed to. That’s all I have to say about that.

I also just bought the Dance Pant. This is unlike me, but I wanted a pant different than the Groove pants (because I have 3), but still good for travel and lounging but not exercise.

And the Groove pants, my all-time favorite pant. I don’t go on an airplane without wearing these.

So who are you wearing when you workout?

Goals, Product Review, and Easy Meals

Happy September! I think in most places September means that Fall is coming, but we’re still in summer mode. The sun is setting earlier, but the heat isn’t going anywhere. My legs and I are waiting for 70 degree temperatures at 6 a.m. so we can practice outside! I’m looking forward to fall foods, cool breeze, not sweating when I walk the dog two houses, etc.

Goal Setting:

A lot of people set goals at the beginning of each month, but fitness goals cause me more stress than encouragement. I’d like to say that my goal is to run 40-50 miles within the month, but I won’t do it if my shins hurt. And I’d like to say that I’ll perfect my form on 20 inch boxes for box jumping, but if not, I’ll just keep trying. I created a personal half marathon training plan, but I have gotten off on the running part due to leg pains. They are mild now, but I don’t want to exacerbate. And I’ve got lots of time! Cross training is perfectly on track.

Do fitness goals work for you?

Eats:

I have been eating some great, simple meals lately. Here’s a sample:

Breakfast:

Chobani Plain yogurt mixed with Cinnamon and Honey, then topped with Blueberries and a new Galaxy Granola flavor that I won in a Twitter contest called Hint of Honey. I have been hooked on vanilla flavored Greek yogurt, but everyone eats plain, so I’ve been trying to add my own flavors to plain to make it more tasty. I still like Vanilla best. And this Galaxy flavor was more crispy than crunchy (does that make sense?) than Not Sweet Vanilla, which is m favorite of their flavors. I think I like the oat-y text of granola better than the crispy rice texture. But I still like that it’s 120 calories and 2 g fat for 1/4 cup. Better than other granolas for sure.

Lunch:

This lunch was delicious! I want it again. Now. I used an Orowheat Sandwich Thin with Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese, and put tomato and lox on one side and cucumber on the other. With a side of leftover green beans and mushrooms. And unpictured berries. I use Laughing Cow for so many things, but replacing mayo or cream cheese is the best use. Just like a traditional lox sandwich, except better for you!

Have I shown you my lunch buddy? This is the only spot that she’ll go and stay quiet. Hi Lily, go take a nap somewhere and let me eat my lunch. Unless you want to do computer things for me.

Dinner:

Last week y’all told me some of your favorite go-to weeknight dinners, and here’s another of mine. Lettuce, sauteed vegetables, 1/2 sweet potato, and black beans. I’m not going to say it was my favorite dinner ever. I had PB&J Banana Ice Cream for dessert.

A Day of Food

Didn’t win this one? I have a few really great giveaways coming up in the next few weeks, so stay tuned. Who doesn’t like more food related free things?

Tomorrow is the Aquathlon! I got a little worried earlier this week when I read on the race site that the prize categories by age grouped everyone over 19 together. I thought I’d be a giant in a pool of teenagers. But no worries, the kid categories are because the race benefits a kids swimming group. Many adults competing. Now I’m back to looking forward to it! Who can I bug at 5 a.m. when I wake up on my way to the race?

My sister is also visiting Houston Lily this weekend and leaves for the airport early on Sunday. So I will not be sleeping past 6 a.m. until next Friday I think. Bummer.

Here is a typical day of eating. The above picture is how it looks all ready to go in my lunch bag. It’s a Lululemon bag behind the tupperware tower. Have you tried anything I’ve posted? Let me know what you  like so I know what to write about!

Breakfast:

I wish overnight oats looked better in pictures. They taste great. This one is 1/3 C oats, 1/4 C milk, 1/3 C Oikos Vanilla yogurt, 1 T chia seeds, and a banana added on top the next morning. I hadn’t been adding a full T of chia seeds because they are soooo many, but they really do add a nice texture and don’t get stuck in your teeth like they look like they would. Not familiar with chia and its benefits of fiber and omega 3s? Read here. They are the new “it” thing now.

Lunch:

I had a salad of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, snap peas, red pepper, and tomato basil feta, just like I wrote about yesterday. Side of berries and hummus, and an unpictured slice of Orowheat bread with peanut butter. The salad wasn’t as exciting for lunch than when I made it the night before.

Snack:

1 delicious peach and a Babybel cheese. Mmmm fruit and cheese is great together.

Dinner:

I love breakfast for dinner and have been wanting to make pancakes for a long time. They are too heavy to have for breakfast on the weekends because I exercise after usually, so I never get any!

Alert for new (to me) delicious product! Kodiak Cakes has a mix that is so easy, it only needs 1 C water added to 1 C mix. It is good for pancakes or waffles, and is whole wheat and honey flavored.  The combo made 7 nice sized pancakes, seen below. It was plenty for two people. The package had so much left, it will last us a long time. Pretty box too.

I added blueberries and chocolate chips (not together) to mine, and left Jeffrey’s plain. He’s a plain Jane like that. Put on griddle for 1 minute per side, and done!

Pretty, tasty, and the perfect size when finished! Would be great with nuts, or bananas, or even toppers like peanut butter or yogurt. And the chocolate chip was great at dinnertime.

I had 2 3 with a 3-egg white scramble with spinach. And some extra blueberries.

Have a great Friday and weekend!

Time again for some new products that I’ve been eating lately! These all get positive reviews.

1. Aidells Italian Sausage

I have tried a few varieties of Aidell’s sausages, and really like the Italian. Four cooked links come in a package and I keep them in the freezer until a few hours before we are ready for dinner, slice them in half lengthwise and put them on the stove to heat for a few minutes. Delicious, easy, and nutritious! The italian sausage ingredients are chicken, turkey, mozarella cheese, and spices. They have 170 calories and 14g protein per link. Grade: A+ and bonus, Jeffrey likes them too!

2. Athenos Feta Varieties

I have been a fan of Athenos hummus for a long time (good size to last more than a week, not too runny or too chunky), and recently they started producing feta cheese crumbles. I am a big fan of the reduced fat tomato basil. It comes in crumbles or a block, and is great on eggs, salads, chicken, anything! Adding feta immediately bumps up the taste. The pack is resealable and hasn’t gone bad for the amount of days I keep the pack. 1/4 C (which is way more than I sprinkle on a salad) has 90 calories, 7 g fat, and 7 g protein. Grade: Another A+ for taste and versatility.

 3. Larabar Tropical Fruit Tart

I have been a little annoyed that big city Houston is not carrying the new Larabar flavors yet (or I don’t know where they are if they’re here). So I bought a flavor that is new to me to take to the beach last week. I tried Tropical Fruit Tart which has pineapple, orange, and coconut flavors. Hello Tropics! This flavor was refreshing and a great snack. I have always been disappointed that Larabars are more of a fun snack than packed with nutrients like protein, so I usually have half at a time. This one has 210 calories, 12 g fat, 19 g sugar, and 3 g protein. Grade: A.

What have you tried lately?

Food Finds

Here are some recent grocery store finds and my reviews of these yummy products. Can you tell I like bread? At least I know how to find better alternatives.

Vitatop Blue Bran: Homemade muffins are always best, but if you don’t have any in your freezer, or want a change from what you’ve been eating, Vitatops are a good second place. These individually packaged muffin tops (Seinfeld, anyone?) have 100 calories, 4 g protein, 1 g fat, and 5 g fiber. They don’t taste processed, and are a good size for crumbling in yogurt or eating with eggs. Only complaint is that they are a little sticky. Grade: A.

Brent and Sam’s Chocolate Chip Cookies: These cookies say that they are made from scratch (but aren’t all cookies made from something?), and gourmet. They are sold at two upscale grocery stores in Houston, so I guess they are supposd to be high-end. I thought they were extra crunchy (I tend to like soft), and crumbly. They were a good size, but tasted like boxed cookies to me. Can’t compare to the real deal, even for something that is “made from scratch.” Grade: B

Annie’s Snack Mix: This was the first Annie’s product that I have tried, and it was like a snack mix of cheesy crackers like goldfish, pretzels, and other things you ate as a kid. But these are all bunny shaped. I like the Annie’s brand statement–Planet to Food. Food to People. People to Planet. Nice, right? Very tasty for being a clean and wholesome food with no additives, and 140 calories and 5 g fat for 45 pieces. Remember that the pieces are smaller than bite size, but that is still not bad for a snack. Annie’s also makes cereal, mac and cheese, and other snack varieties including some with chocolate (like teddy grahams I assume). They publish info about the farmers they buy from, and seem committed to giving back. Always nice to support companies that care. Grade: A

Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread: I had been looking for a good bread to keep in my freezer. I am a bit of a carb lover, so if bread is in the house, it will most likely look like a rabbit has been biting off pieces of it. I also wanted a loaf that would not go bad quickly, since I’m the only one that would eat a cinnamon raisin bread. I tried this one by Food for Life. One slice has 80 calories, 5 g fat, 18 g carb, and 3 g protein. This bread is “sprouted” with a lot of grains, but don’t worry about that–just means it’s extra good for you. I like mine with PB and J, or for breakfast by itself. I also like that I know I won’t nibble on frozen bread. Just won’t. Grade: A+

I am now associated with them, so maybe one day my recipes will be on their homepage too!

My poker group likes to snack and drink wine (and play agressive poker), and last week Allison hosted our group with new treats! We reviewed two of these products for you!

1. Big Sky Bread’s All Natural Granola

I haven’t heard of this granola before, sold at Rice Epicurean Markets in Houston, but they are from Birmingham, AL. And I love anything from Birmingham, that cute little town. Our group consensus of Big Sky’s Granola was that it was very high in calories (280 cal for 2 oz), very chunky, and very dry. I guess we are all more used to traditional granolas, and the calories are a bummer, although 2 oz. is a decent sized portion.

2. Somersaults Salty Pepper Snacks

These little snacky crackers would be great for topping on a salad, popping some as a snack with an apple, dipping in peanut butter, or serving with cheese or a dip. Also a brand I haven’t heard of before and sold at Rice in Houston, it comes in other flavors like Cocoa (!), Sea Salt, and Santa Fe Salsa. Not bad on calories at 150, 7 g fat, and 7 g protein for 15 pieces, they would be a great addition to my pantry. Will definitely buy my own bag of these.

3. Doctor Kracker Crackers

I had read about these crackers on other blogs and then found them at Whole Foods. I tried the Klassic 3-seed cracker, and they are very substantial cracker flatbreads at 100 calories per “sheet.” Very crunchy and seedy, and great with hummus, Laughing Cow spreadable cheese, and peanut butter. I have tried all of those toppers! A great addition to a lighter lunch to beef it up. I even caught  Jeffrey having a bite of these with peanut butter. And if he likes it, it’s good for the general public.

4. Lucy’s Cookies, Cinnamon Thin Flavor

I have tried the chocolate chip variety of this cookie, and wanted to try Cinnamon Thin next. I found these at Whole Foods too, and really liked the packaging. I’m a classic food shelf marketing science project. These cookies were crumbly like the chocolate chip ones, but the cinnamon was very powerful in a good way like a snickerdoodle. Reminded me of cinnamon toast that I ate as a child. All of Lucy’s cookies are gluten free, and these cookies are also 130 calories for 3 cookies. A winning cookie if you like it crumbly.

Better Veggie Burger and Book Review–House Rules

First up–an article about why women should do Crossfit:

“Lift Like a Girl–Reasons Women Need Crossfit”

By Amy Sullivan on June 28.

Next–The Veggie Burger Trials

I gave the veggie burger another try, as I like having something on hand to add protein to dinners. This time, from blog comments, I bought the Morningstar Garden Veggie Patties. One patty has 110 calories, 3 g fiber, and 10 g protein.

The package says it contains “A yummy, hearty blend of mushrooms, water chestnuts, onion, carrots, green and red bell peppers, black olives, brown rice, and rolled oats. It’s no wonder this well-rounded veggie burger is a ChefsBest® Award winner.”

I liked this patty so much better than Boca Veggie Burgers. It smelled great out of the microwave, and really had whole water chestnuts. Didn’t notice the other vegetables listed above as much, but the taste was much better. My dinner was very orange and green, with a side of spinach, orange peppers, snap peas, and pickles and topped with 1/4 avocado. Side small sweet potato too. Very tasty dinner!

Book Review: House Rules by Jodi Picoult

Over a year ago, a friend and I started a book club. Yes, I am in a poker club and book club and I am only 26 years old. Don’t judge. In the summertime, I read a lot more than the rest of the year–vacations, more trips, no new TV shows, etc.

At the same time that I started the book club, I discovered Jodi Picoult’s books. They are some of the longest books I have ever read outside of high school books that put me to sleep, but they are the most fascinating and educational books too! For instance, did you know that a person who receives bone marrow from someone else has identical DNA to the marrow donor (Perfect Match)? And I learned about diseases like osteogenesis imperfecta (Handle With Care), thought about medical ethics–would you want the heart of a death row inmate who killed your sister to save your own life? (Change of Heart), and learned more about trial law than I could from quizzing my lawyer husband.

The most recent book of hers that I read was House Rules. Another long one topping 500 pages in hardback, this book taught  me about Asperger’s Syndrome, murder cases, and more trial law. The description of the disorder that Picoult describes is so detailed and full of fact, that I think that I could explain, or at least sound knowledgeable, in conversation. The book is about a teenage boy with Asperger’s who has a fascination with crime scenes. He and his quirks become the focus of a murder investigation, and over half the book explores his role in the crime.

Having read many of Picoult’s books, this was not my favorite (try Nineteen Minutes or My Sister’s Keeper for those), but I was still drawn in, found it hard to put down, and liked the way that the chapters rotated character points of view. The plot was very simple, there weren’t many characters, but it took a very long time to come to the conclusion, which wasn’t as surprising as some of her other books. If you are interested in learning about Asperger’s and enjoy a book that makes you part of trying to solve a crime, go ahead and read on.

New Recipes and a Burrito Review

Before  I tell you about the beautiful picture above, let me tell you about my Thursday! I went home at lunch to walk my puppy, and found ants attacking my cake topper from my wedding cake almost two years ago (very top part below, preserved in a sealed dome)!

The short version of the story is that I cleaned the ants I could find (inside the dome, outside the dome, on the table it was sitting on, on the couch, on the floor, inside the couch, etc. etc.) and then scheduled an exterminator to meet me after work. When he came, there were no more ants, and he sealed my cake back into it’s Raid sprayed wooden base, and sprayed the house. One minute after he left, my poor puppy exploded all over our white rug. Twice. And then threw up 30 minutes later. and then exploded again. :( I was so sad for her, and think she must have gotten a scent or lick of whatever was being sprayed in our house, even thought pest control said it’s not toxic for pets.

She is ok now, slept great, and ate breakfast this morning on her own. That was a long Thursday, and I hope the ants know that Lily and I do not welcome them back to our house. And my cake topper is not to be messed with!

Now read about this tasty bread recipe, a tuna concoction for lunch, and a frozen dinner review. Enjoy!

Blueberry Orange Loaf:

At the grocery store last week, a big carton of blueberries was buy one get one free. I jumped on that and then thought of what I could do with my extra blueberries. I was also hosting poker this week, so I decided on a blueberry orange loaf. This is delicious, and looks so pretty too! Great for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:

2 T butter

1/4 C boiling water

1 T grated orange peel

1/2 C orange juice

1 egg

1 C sugar

2 C flour (I used whole wheat, could do all-purpose, or half of each)

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 C fresh blueberries (can use frozen)

1/2 C chopped pecans (can be excluded)

Instructions:

Combine butter and boiling water in small bowl. Add orange peel and orange juice.

In mixing bowl, beat egg and sugar with electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to egg mxiture alternating orange juice mixture, ending with flour mixture.

Fold in blueberries and pecans. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool, remove to wire rack.

Tuna Salad Sandwich

I am still perfecting the tuna sandwich, getting closer! Love the celery and avocado in this version. It is also amazing how 4 oz tuna gets beefed up with add ins.

4 oz tuna in a cup

1/2 celery spear

1/2 small avocado

1 hard boiled egg white

blob yellow mustard

2 slices of pickle

salt and pepper

served over spinach and tomato, carrots on side, cup of fruit

Review: Amy’s Burrito (Bean, Rice, Cheese):

I had this burrito with a side of roasted vegetables (snap peas, carrots, asparagus), and the burrito was really good. The insides were definitely real–could see the rice, beans, and cheese, and didn’t taste processed. The tortilla was not soggy when microwaved, or too tough. I would definitely buy it again. It has 310 calories, 9 g fat,  11 g protein, 7 g carbs.

New (to me) Product Reviews

i’ve been trying new products, all for you! Here are a few reviews of some foods I’ve tried lately. If you have your own opinion, leave it in the comments!

Lucy’s Cookies–I saw this on the shelf at the grocery store while looking for a new cookie. I thought the packaging was pretty so I bought Chocolate Chip and decided to try it because I can be a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur. Here are the facts: 3 cookies have 130 calories, 5 g fat, 12 g sugar. They are gluten free too.

Here are the opinions: They were very crunchy and crumbly, and the first few I had were already broken in the package. It reminded me of Chips Ahoy cookies (remember those?!). I tend to like softer cookies. I guess the best way to get those is to bake them at home. They tasted good, and also weren’t too flat. I’d give it a B.

Lucy’s has four varieties–sugar, chocolate chip, cinnamon thin, and oatmeal.

Mary’s Gone Crackers–I also saw these crackers and read about them on other blogs. I have tried the Herb variety. They go great with cheese. Don’t all crackers? Facts: They are wheat free and gluten free, have 140 calories and 5 g fat for 13 crackers.

Opinions: They are very crunchy–like loud crunchy, have a cute round shape, and are very flat. If you are used to TLC Crackers or even Saltines, they are nothing like that. They are very grainy. Depends what kind of cracker you’re looking for. As far as taste, I think also a B.

Boca Veggie Burgers–I have a continuous challenge to find a protein to eat for dinner when I don’t prepare ahead of time or have leftovers. So I thought I’d buy veggie burgers for the freezer. Facts: They have 12 g protein per burger at 80 calories. These were very flat, and microwaved fast. Opinions: Hard to stomach. I gave it two tries. I have two left in my freezer and it will probably be left for a desperate dinner. I am still on the lookout for easy protein at dinnertime! This gets a C+.

Wholly Guacamole 100 Calorie Packs–Credit for finding this one goes to my sister. These packs are great. 3 packets per package, and they aren’t skimpy on the amount! The ingredients are familiar–avocado, jalapeno puree, onion, salt, garlic. I know all those words and no chemicals or additives included. Facts: One packet has 100 calories, 8 g fat, 4 g fiber, 1 g protein. You obviously know that avocados will have fat, but a little packet with controlled serving size is very helpful! These also freeze well. Opinions: I love this product! Simple and short ingredient list, good serving size, easy to open and spread. Freezes and defrosts well for lunchtime. I took one out of the freezer to have on a sandwich and let it defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Then spread on at lunchtime. A+ for Wholly Guacamole.
